Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
We are proposing 2 types of shipping methods:
- Express same-day delivery: Delivery will be done within the same day for orders placed before 12pm. Applicable for Jeddah only.
- Standard Delivery: Delivery will be done within two (2) to seven (7) working days from the receipt of your order.Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day. No deliveries are done on weekends or public holidays.
Jeddah & Riyadh: 2 to 3 working days (delivery until 8PM)
Makkah, Medina & Taif: 3 to 5 working days
Other cities: 5 to 7 working days
Please note that your order cannot be processed by our delivery partner on public holidays, so these days do not count as working days. If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.
Orders that include customized items (if applicable) may take longer.
We offer free standard shipping for all orders. Express same-day delivery is offered at a charge of 30 SAR.
RETURNS POLICY
- Should you ever purchase anything from the Lancôme eCommerce website (lancome.sa) that is not pleasing to you, you may return it for a full 100% refund via Lancôme’s eCommerce website within 14 days. Products sold via yslbeauty.sa may not be returned to other store locations.
- Lancôme’s products purchased in all other locations may not be returned to the Lancôme eCommerce website.
- For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you purchase Lancôme products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.

REFUND POLICY
- Once the product is returned to our warehouse in the required condition, we treat the refund directly through the payment method used for placing the order.
- If you paid by credit card, the value of the products returned will be credited to your card.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, the value of products returned will be transferred to you via bank transfer.
- The refunds can take up to one month to be completed depending on the working process and rules of the courier company and logistics. We thank you for your understanding.
- We reserve the right to reject the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our return policy
- In case you used a promotion code on your order, please note that the value of the promotion code is divided up proportionally among the total number of items on the receipt. In case of return, you will get the refund of the amount paid on the returned item minus the promotion amount applied.
